Good Vs. Great Business Leaders
On byThere’s a difference between a good business owner and a great business owner. A good businessman focuses on all factors of his business – stocks, management, employees, customer service, and expansion. An excellent businessman not only targets all these but also finds different ways to make his business successful. Let’s discuss customer support, for instance. A good owner will probably make sure that people are satisfied when they go out the door. A great business owner can not only make sure that his customers are satisfied, but they are actually happy about the transaction that just occurred. How is he possibly going to do this?
A great business leader knows a smart way to start is to carry a survey. This way, he’d have a baseline about how happy people are when they purchase goods or services from him. If this is your first-time doing this, and your business is in the small to medium scale, I’d suggest preparing a short survey (maybe 5 items) which customers can quickly fill out when they enter.

For online businesses, you can send out an email blast easily. There are many automated ways to do this. You can even schedule a pre-prepared email to be sent each time someone buys something from your site. The main problem with sending email surveys is that they’re often ignored. An excellent businessman will probably just wait for results to come in, without going the extra step to ensure that people will want to answer the survey. A great business owner will want to make sure that he will get responses, and may give out an incentive such as a coupon to entice visitors to participate.
If you’re selling on Amazon or similar sites, you’d want to ensure that the client is actually happy before requesting them for an assessment. A great business owner would learn how to check on the customer first. A sensible way to do that is to send a contact asking what the client thinks about the merchandise before sending another email requesting a review. The end result is, there’s only a fine line between being truly a good businessman and a great one and it’s really not really difficult to take that step. Just remember that there is always a better way to do something, and you just have to think it is.
I simply put on my Kito sandals and followed them. The smoke cigarettes coming out of the exhaust even as we drove off was not a lot of a get worried since it was quite dark already; we inhaled some, the others were for passers-by. I still couldn’t understand the kind of assignment or had for us at such an unholy hour. He was evidently driving out of the community but took a convert as I asked a question.”Oga, this evening where exactly are we going?”. Ade and John exchanged glances plus they appeared to be satisfied that I was concerned.
The prior 3 days at work had been horrible for me because both of these used every opportunity to show me that these were my seniors at work. This didn’t decrease well with me because they were my age-group mates and they were only before me at Oga Kasali’s place because they dropped out of school sooner than me.
“We are here already, don’t be scared” Kasali responded. That was once I pointed out that we were generating on the cemetery gate. “Oga Kasa, the morning hours for a burial but we emerged herein.” I said. A Kasali actually made the coffin used for the burial and I couldn’t realize why we returned.
The gateway of the cemetery contacted the automobile and flashed his torchlight at us while our Kasa flashed back with the car’s headlight. On another occasion I would have asked for the explanation behind placing a fence around a Cemetery and having a sateen there. Was it to avoid the dead bodies from escaping?
